1) Apply: Brush your teeth with toothpaste and rinse. Apply a thin line of gel inside the tray on the upper and lower arches, where the teeth are most visible. Distribute evenly along the front side of the tray with the tip of the syringe. 2) Activate: Turn on the NuBright LED Illuminating Light and place the tray in your mouth. Hold it in place for 10 to 20 minutes. When you are done, remove the light from the tray in the mouth. Rinse your mouth and gutter with warm water. 3) Smile: Use the shade guide to see the color of the teeth after the treatment.
