Return a Product

The customer has a withdrawal period of 7 clear days from delivery to return, at his own expense to Mondialpharma, the product(s), for exchange or refund to the address of shipping.

For all requests concerning the return of a product, contact us at the email address info@mondialpharma.com indicating your name, the order number and a brief description of the problem. We will then send you complete instructions explaining how to return your package.

The returned products must be in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), duly sealed.
The Postage for returned shipments is the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer will have the choice of requesting either the reimbursement of his order, with the exception of the return costs that he will have committed, either the exchange of the products (the shipping costs incurred for this new shipment remaining at his expense).
