Silica obtained from the powder of red algae of marine origin (Lithothamnium coralloides) is a source of silicon, a natural trace element. Silicon is present in many unrefined grains and in some seafood, including mussels. Silicon intake has been positively associated with bone health.
Results observed for Oceanic Silicon:
- stronger bones
- better synthesis by the body of collagen in the joints
- joint flexibility
